Casa Palmera - Beach Access, Pool & Hot Tub

The customer service by Great Spaces for Awesome Spaces Vacation Rentals management is subpar. Negative: Beware you won't get your deposit back. They will say yiu brung a pet and send you a picture of someone else completely and even after you send proof of what cars you had and you beg them to check the cameras they say they have to get permission from the owner Janice Overbeck to look or verify with said cleaner and havent even responded since. I didnt even complain about the broken pool ladder step or the house not being clean and I get repaid by loosing $375. Our actual cars is the red truck and grey van, NOT a black suv but, it doesnt matter to this company. I feel like they just found a way to keep my money.

Positive: Location was good.

Great place for our family to gather and make memories Positive: Great location, the pool was awesome. Lots of common space inside and outside for hanging out. Negative: There was an issue with the HVAC system so it did get warm in the house in the afternoon but they had techs come out and there were units in the bedrooms so it was fine.

I will not consider staying at this home again. Positive: The location was perfect close by the beach pool was good the house had pretty much everything you needed. Wish they could of changed us to a different home the AC on the top and bottom floor was not working it was hot we couldn’t enjoy our weekend stay we were all hot and uncomfortable Negative: The AC was not working it was to hot we couldn’t even sleep . They didn’t even offer a discount or try to move us to a different home.

Positive: Convenient to the beach and stores
