Very good house for big families Positive: The property is very close to the beach

The best ever. You will not be disappointed staying here. Positive: Absolutely perfect in every way. Price, location, the house had everything you needed. Comfortable in every way. All the family said it was the best family vacation ever. Even the little children. We were all together instead of being in separate rooms. If you needed quiet time you had a place to go. Best ever. Negative: It was absolutely perfect . I don’t have any complaints and can’t think of anything they could change.

This property was very nice; the pool was a lifesaver for our family. We did have a slight hiccup upon check in; the cleaning team missed items on the outdoor deck. I let the property manager know, and they sent someone to take care of it the next morning, but I had already picked it up.Then the fridge and freezer were slow to cool and freeze our food, but nothing spoiled. I let the contact know and they were pretty quick to send the technician out, but because I to wait at the house, I missed some beach time with my family. The technician also had to run to purchase a thermometer to see what the issue could be. I would probably stay at this property again because of the size and proximity to the beach. I just wish the check in and check out times were a little more flexible. But I get it; lots of folks take advantage of early check in/out.

We will return, great hosts, location, space!! Positive: Great location and view. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for my whole family. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils. If you go in September, the pool is warm enough during the day, a little cold at night, but then there is the hot tube, which works greats. My kids loved the colors! There is an outdoor shower, which was awesome to use after the beach, it helped keep the sand out! Owner is very quick to respond to messages and assist. We didn't know how to use the hot tub, as the directions were a little different than what was there, but we had a response almost immediately, so we weren't put out at all. We were here for hurricane Helene, so when I asked where the out door trash cans were, we were advised that they had them put up to avoid the winds, but they had them back out for us with in hrs after the hurricane passed. AC and Heat work great. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to return to!! Negative: Microwave, only the #9 or the 30 seconds button works. Beds could use down comforts, the bed cover/blanket thing does not do anything, needed extra blanket for the beds. Beds are a little hard. First floor living room and bedroom doesn't seem to have much circulation, so it has a moist feel/smell to it. The towels need to be replaced, they shed all over you, we tried washing and drying them twice, nothing worked, we just ended up using our beach towels to shower.
