Casa Palmera - Beach Access, Pool & Hot Tub

Location was great, the house needs a deep clean Positive: The location was great, an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with the basic pots/pans/utensil needs which was great to cook meals at home, pool and hot tub were lovely. The driveway had enough space for 6 cars which worked out perfectly for us. Communication with host was easy and they were quick to respond. Negative: The house was not very clean- dog hair from previous guests(we did not bring a dog), dust in corners and on baseboards. The cleaning fee was $450 which should have ensured a very clean house but it definitely missed the mark. The house needs a deep clean with attention paid to the details that guests see during their stay. The house has alarms on all doors/windows for safely, be aware that these cannot be disable and are extremely loud…jarringly loud. We had an infant with us on our trip that was startled awake several times by an opened door- the option to disable while at the house would be fantastic.

The best ever. You will not be disappointed staying here. Positive: Absolutely perfect in every way. Price, location, the house had everything you needed. Comfortable in every way. All the family said it was the best family vacation ever. Even the little children. We were all together instead of being in separate rooms. If you needed quiet time you had a place to go. Best ever. Negative: It was absolutely perfect . I don’t have any complaints and can’t think of anything they could change.

This property was very nice; the pool was a lifesaver for our family. We did have a slight hiccup upon check in; the cleaning team missed items on the outdoor deck. I let the property manager know, and they sent someone to take care of it the next morning, but I had already picked it up.Then the fridge and freezer were slow to cool and freeze our food, but nothing spoiled. I let the contact know and they were pretty quick to send the technician out, but because I to wait at the house, I missed some beach time with my family. The technician also had to run to purchase a thermometer to see what the issue could be. I would probably stay at this property again because of the size and proximity to the beach. I just wish the check in and check out times were a little more flexible. But I get it; lots of folks take advantage of early check in/out.
