Bay Shore - Pool, Bay Access, Boat Rental

The house was perfect for my large family.the grandkids loved the pool and my grown children loved the hot tub. We had a Positive: The location was great!

The overall stay was neutral although pleasant. The infestation of roaches was simply unacceptable. Positive: Waterfront property was the most exciting. The children enjoy the fishing, games and open spaces that they were able to have access to. The space within was appreciated due to square footage. Negative: The collapsing of the bed in one of the bunk rooms was very disappointing and frightening due to tender age children being present in this particular room. The cleanliness of the interior part of the home could have been much better. The infestation of the cockroaches could have been better managed by the extermination being performed beforehand rather than our first day of cooking. Cockroaches were also found in the refrigerator and crawling up under the cooktop while cooking was going on and also during breakfast. The exterminator says it would take 15 days for the infestation chemicals to take affect. There were also guests with respiratory issues present. No cookies for Santa.

IT WAS okay Positive: 3 FRIDGES, POOL AND HOT TUB Negative: CLEANING FEE SEEMED VERY HIGH. CHECK OUT TIME WAS VERY EARLY. DOOR LOCK SHOULD BE ON THE DRIVEWAY SIDE OF THE HOUSE. THAT IS WHERE FOLKS ENTER.

We loved all the amenities and size of the house. The host was also super great! Positive: We loved having the private pool & hot tub! We caught a bunch of cool things from the bay. We even took out the kayaks that were at the house. We fit 11 adults 4 kids (5 families) in the house comfortably!
