Our best vacation rental experience in PCB so far! We can't wait to go back next year! Positive: Absolutely gorgeous! The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! Being in a large, private house instead of a condominium building was delightful! Just steps from the water! Negative: We loved everything about this house!

The beach access is great for this property. What sets this house apart from others with similar great beach access is the size. We had 15 people from 79 to 11. It never felt crowded, inside or out. Even making dinner every night nobody was running into each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc... on the improvement side, it looked like it could use just a little TLC. Some toilet seats were not attached, screws were raised on the decking and the decks could use some touchup painting. But these were all very little things compared to the overall experience. We would definately rent it again.

Excellent place/location, enjoyed the open kitchen and family rooms where we could all be there comfortably.
